1. Scope
These terms apply to every reservation and to all use of the services of Dolce Vita Privé Wellness. By making a reservation, you accept them.
2. Reservations
A reservation is only final after our confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel in cases of force majeure, unavailability or suspected misuse.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euro, VAT included, unless stated otherwise. The applicable price is the one in force at the time of booking. Payment terms are communicated on confirmation.
4. Cancellation by the client
Cancellation terms are communicated on confirmation. Given the exclusive nature of a private wellness, a late cancellation may incur a fee.
5. Conduct and safety
Guests respect the house rules and safety instructions. Dolce Vita Privé Wellness cannot be held liable for accidents resulting from non-compliance. Wellness is not advised with certain medical conditions; consult a doctor if in doubt.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount of the reservation, except in case of intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings.
7. Complaints and disputes
Complaints: info@dolcevitawellness.be. EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Belgian law applies.
